- Q: Community Foods Group Limited = Milk Marque?
- A: At the Annual General Meeting held on 2nd May 2007 a Resolution was passed that changed the name of Milk Marque Limited to Community Foods Group Limited. This change was done to acknowledge that the business is no longer primarily that of milk distribution and processing. Our principal business now is the distribution by Community Foods of a much wider range of products to the multiples and manufacturers.
Share certificates and other documents printed with the name of Milk Marque Limited will, of course, still be valid. The directors have no plans at present to reissue in the new name.
