Q:         What shares are currently valid?

A:       £1 ordinary shares are the only valid shares in Milk Marque Limited. These were issued in
              late 2005/early 2006 following the conversion of Milk Marque from an industrial & rovident               society  into a private company limited by shares.

Q:         Can I dispose of my shares?

A:         £1 Ordinary shares in Milk Marque Limited are not currently tradable apart from transfers to                another family member, family trust, or upon death.

               In due course the directors hope to be able to set up trading arrangements for these shares                to enable members to realise their value if they so wish.

               Shareholders will be contacted in the event of these arrangements being established.

               Share Certificates should be kept safely in the meantime.
