Registered customers of Community Foods can place orders for delivery or collection from our warehouse in Essex. The minimum order is £600 exc. VAT and delivery for UK customers, collated free of charge.

  1. Register as a Trade Customer.
  2. Select products and codes from our price list. There is a new price list every 2 months; you can email us for the latest version.
  3. Submit your order. We have an Order Form template if required, or our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Let us know if you would prefer delivery or collection.

  4. Confirmation of your order will be by email or at the time of placing the order over the phone.
  5. Payment can either be made by BACS, by credit or debit card over the phone, or by card on collection, depending on your credit terms. There are no surcharges for card payments.


We operate on a 4 day lead time for delivery or collection, i.e. orders must be received before 12.30pm on Monday for dispatch on Thursday. Orders received after 12.30pm on Monday will be ready for dispatch on Friday.
