4th October 2018 - Tarantella launch new Organic Tomato Puree


Community Foods have added a fourth product to their successful Tarantella range. The new double concentrate organic tomato puree fulfils a gap in the processed tomato market for single serve organic products. Aimed at consumers looking to reduce food waste, the small tin format holds 2 tablespoons of puree - ideal for one meal solution. Brand Director Tracy Kane commented "With organic sales in the canned and packaged grocery category growing at 5.2% year on year* now is the perfect time to expand our range of organic passata and tinned tomatoes.

The growth in the organic market is fantastic but 'being organic' is no longer enough to ensure a product's success.

Finding space for new products in a busy fixture can be challenging. To help solve this problem we have packaged this product so that it can be merchandised either horizontally or vertically on shelf - giving maximum flexibility to the retailer.
