We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Community Foods Ltd by Vesta Group of Turkey. Vesta are a significant supplier to Community Foods of Dried Fruits and we have been able to develop a strong working relationship over the last 2 years.
In recent months Vesta have helped Community to manage a significant number of challenges which has reassured the board of directors that the company and its valued clients and suppliers will be in good hands in the years to come.
The combination of the 2 companies, in our opinion, will create a significant new player in the UK and European markets, building on the combination of capabilities and relationships enjoyed by both companies.
